• No Third-Party Sharing: We never share your documents with third parties for their own purposes.
• Data Deletion: You can delete your documents at any time from your account settings.
• Free Tool Uploads: Documents uploaded via our free analysis tools (without account creation) are processed and stored securely. During processing, your documents are sent to the third-party AI services we use, which do not use them to train their models. With your permission at upload, we may also use a document anonymously to improve our analysis.
• Free Tool Report Links: Your free tool report is available at an unlisted link that we email to you. Anyone who has the link can open the report, including an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude if you paste the link into it, so share it only with people you trust. Report links are not listed in our sitemap or on our site.
• AI Processing: We use third-party AI services, through their business APIs, to analyze your documents. Under their terms with us, these providers do not use your documents to train their models. Some keep requests for a limited time, for example to check for abuse, and delete them according to their own retention policies.
• Public Documents: CC&Rs (Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions) and similar HOA documents are public records typically filed with county recorders. You can verify this by requesting your CC&Rs from your HOA or county recorder's office.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: With vendors who assist in providing our Services (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics).
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.
